Modern students are digital natives–they’ve grown up with constant access to laptops, cell phones, the internet, mp3 players, and other tech tools for both homework and social use.
One-to-one computer programs, in which students have their own laptops to bring to and from school, represent an extension of this 24/7 technology environment.
